I am a second-year MS Human-Computer Interaction student at Georgia Tech, driven by a passion for UX research. I specialize in mixed methods research with a strong focus on quantitative approaches and data visualization. My goal is to unearth users' unspoken desires and uncover recurring pain points in the products they use. I employ a diverse set of methodologies, including design thinking, data analytics, behavioral data, web scraping, usability testing, surveys, interviews, and journey mapping.
I strive to be involved in meaningful work that impacts many people by solving complex problems through research. Fintech is a key area of interest for me, as it touches nearly every aspect of people's lives from everyday transactions to long-term financial planning. The intricate challenges and complexities within this space, from designing for trust and security to optimizing payment systems, are incredibly exciting to me. Additionally, I find the psychology behind financial behaviors fascinating how people perceive value, make spending decisions, and interact with financial products. I am particularly interested in how data visualizations can make financial information more intuitive and actionable, helping both individuals and businesses make confident, informed decisions.
